The THS Generals Fabulous Fifties Get-Together Site Guestbook

If our family of four had remained in Towson, MD, until 1959, I assume that I would have graduated from High School with the rest of the class of 1959. But we moved on to Grand Island, NY, in October of 1950. We lived at 600 N. Bend Road when I went to Towson Elementary School from September 1947 through October 1950. The was for the 1st grade through the start of the 4th grade. I have many fond memories from Towson, but recall so few names. Stuarts lived next door, and Harriet and son Carl Dasch around the corner, and there was a Johnny Bee. That is about it.

WELL GUY,S I CAN ONLY SAY THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF HAVE BEEN FUN.WE WILL ALL GATHER AT THE DUNE,S [WE DID THIS BEFORE]HOTELTO SEE MANY FACES FROM OTHER CLASS,S[YES BUT THERE,S A HOTEL THERE NOW].YESTERDAY WAS MY 65 BIRTHDAY CELABRATION,AND AS YOU CAN SEE ONE STARTS TALKING TO ONES SELF.THE STORYS KEEP GETTING BETTER EVERY DAY .THIS WEEK I HAD A YOUNG MAN QUOTE ME ON PAINTING MY HOME,AND GUESS WHAT HE WAS THE SON OF A MAN WHO I GREW UP WITH IN MT. WASHINGTON.AND BETTER YET HE WILL BE IN OC NEXT WEEK. AS PAUL HARVEY SAYS ,AND THE REST OF THE STORY!!! SEE ME IN OC FOR THAT.
